These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tire Store Admin application and related services (“Services”) provided by Flex Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or impair the Services.
  • Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content.

All content, software, and materials provided as part of the Services are owned by or licensed to Flex Software and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

5. Payment & Fees

If certain features require payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flex Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sacramento County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
